Vikas Choudhury - Managing Director, Aurovision
An entrepreneur with business interests in information technology, marketing and retail companies. He is Founder and MD of Aurovision, a leading global Enterprise Intelligence IT company, that delivers enterprise performance management solutions and geo-enabled on-demand data analytics services to Fortune 2000 companies, and was selected as a Red Herring finalist of Top 100 Private Companies in Asia. He was previously in Consulting with Covansys (now CSC) and Arthur Andersen in USA, and in Marketing for his family business, The Sun Group in security and safety project solutions and hardware distribution.
He is an MBA from University of Pittsburgh and an MMS from NMIMS, Bombay. His other activities include angel / seed investing, mentoring startups and raising capital. He is also part of the Mumbai Angels Venture Mentors and on the Board of Trustees of TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs) in Mumbai.
Pradeep Joshi - Business Head and Partner, Aurovision
Pradeep has been in the IT industry for over 20 years with about 15 years in leadership roles in companies like Capgemini, GE, Guardian, Satyam, Syntel and Bombay Dyeing. He has deep domain expertise in Financial Services specifically Credit Cards, Consumer Finance and in Manufacturing large size project and program management. He has expertise in managing large teams over 1000 people across multiple sites and continents. He has played important roles in managing Business Intelligence Strategy implementation for fortune 100 clients in BFSI and Manufacturing.
Having worked in USA, UK and Singapore for long time as professional, he has developed extensive contacts as well as insights into local business practices.
Raj Padmaraj, President - North America, Aurovision Inc.
Raj Padmaraj brings over 20 years of Information Systems experience with a unique background of sales, business development and global distributed delivery management. Raj has been successful at consistently opening new market segments in Application Outsourcing and Knowledge Process Outsourcing and attaining leadership in these new markets.
Raj is responsible for establishing and growing Aurovision in the USA. Previously, Raj was a Vice President at Hexaware Technologies, where he was instrumental in building the PeopleSoft, SAP and HRIT practices. Before Hexaware, Raj was a founder member of the Engineering Services division at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and established TCS’s (and India’s) first offshore center for providing engineering services to clients from USA, Europe and Asia. Under his leadership, many clients have established offshore operations from strategy through steady state management with high process maturity.
Raj is an Engineering graduate from Anna University, India and resides in Chicago, USA.
Devakumar Sanyasi, Executive Vice President - Client Relations.
Experience of 22+years in managing IT business, solutions with following focus: Strategic Customer Relationship Management (Satyam Computer Services); Setting up and Managing Offshore Development Centers (Merrill Lynch, US and Banca Sella, Italy); Domain Expertise in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance & Healthcare; Product Life cycle management – BPM, DMS, Risk Management.
Currently heading products and solutions offerings in Aurovision. Earlier Headed Global Solutions Division for a Singapore based Software house (Eutech Cybernetics) and managed strategic customer relationships for Satyam.
