A defined and repeatable software development process is followed in all of the software development and integration projects executed by Aurovision. We have developed in house a model called the 4D approach. The 4D model is largely based on the Rational Unified Process. Critical portions of the process have been adapted from the SEI's Capability Maturity Model while key procedures, techniques and guidelines have also been drawn from the IEEE Software Engineering Standards.
